A seasoned executive and board member, he has led companies through IPOs, strategic partnerships, and cross-border transactions.

Formerly CEO of Hilltop Security, Corby also drove global alliance strategies at AppOrbit and held senior roles at Metastorm (OpenText), Mercator (IBM), Niku (which raised a $350M IPO), and LabCorp. A West Point distinguished graduate and U.S. Army veteran, he brings a proven track record in scaling businesses, raising capital, and unlocking shareholder value.
